Real-Time 1510-1590 nm imagery of waveguide to waveguide alignment. This is a tunable C-Band Evanescent Hybrid laser on Silicon waveguides inserting into a SiN Waveguide System. Our aligners step in 10 nanometer increments so aligning single mode waveguides is no problem.

Eutectic Solder Die attach is done on a Finetech Lambda Bonder in the Nanofabrication center, and simple adhesive placements are done on our Westbond die bonder. Call ahead to check availability of collets and preforms for your job. These items can take two, to as long a 12 weeks to produce.
